Having brainspotting sessions with Coach Stephanie has been a game changer. I love her confident, compassionate approach. She has enabled me to discover and get relief from so many negative and limiting beliefs.

I have been working individually with Steph for a while now and she is amazing. Steph brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice not just professionally but personally as well. She is easy to connect with and is open and honest and offers lot of insight that I haven't been able to access on my own. I have just had my second Brainspotting session with her and both times I was surprised at how intense those sessions were. I admit I was skeptical but experienced huge emotions that seemed to come from nowhere. I'm still a work in progress with more healing to do but am so grateful to have Steph there, supporting me.

Stephanie is such a wonderful coach. She validated my emotions/thoughts and reminded me that betrayal trauma is not who I am. Stephanie is a great resource and encourager for this journey you never thought you'd experience.
