I went into doing a full disclosure absolutely dreading the process and not wanting to do it at all. But I knew my husband deserved the answers he was seeking. Steph helped me be able to move through my own trauma in order to be honest and understand my actions. She was kind, trustworthy, and supportive. She remained firm and held me accountable but in a way that didn't cause me to want to run away. I will forever be appreciative of getting to work with her.

Steph Lynn is really compassionate and incredibly helpful in navigating trauma. She holds space in a caring manner. She is great at recognizing and pointing out problem behaviors and gives feedback on steps to navigate.

I wanted to give a review of my FTD (Disclosure) process. It is a very difficult process to go thru but I believe a very necessary part of my healing. I have heard it called the Right of Truth, and I think that is so important to the partner finally being able to heal. The truth can be very complicated especially in my case because I have been married for 50 years. My reality was so very different from the facts of my relationship. This was the truth I needed for understanding and for clarity to all the confusion I had experienced my entire marriage. It took months of therapy & coaching for my partner to tell the truth and to prepare me to hear and deal with the truth.. My support person was Stephanie. She worked hard to prepare me for disclosure. Everything we did was helpful but I'm not sure you can ever prepare someone fully so that this new information isn't devastating. All I can say to someone else who is considering this is: "you are better off with the truth than not". I was broken for months after disclosure as I continued to mentally and emotionally process all the information. I do have clarity now and am so very grateful to Stephanie for helping me thru this process painful as it is. Throughout she was kind understanding patient and professional. ♥️
